Projects are agreed one by one

Scope, price, schedule and all other conditions of any project or sale are set only in a written agreement signed with each client. That agreement prevails over anything on this site.

Tours, images and figures are illustrative

3D tours, renderings, films, plans, furnishings and measurements are illustrations and may differ from what is built or delivered. Lumen Heights is a demonstration, not a real development or a property for sale.

Prices and availability can change without notice, so please confirm them with us.

The site may change or be unavailable at any time. Its content, including the 3D models, belongs to Megrel Construtora or is used with permission. You may view it and share links to it, but please don't copy or reuse it without our written permission, or interfere with the site.
